• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age

• Minimum level of Education - High School Diploma or GED

• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card  

• CPR and First Aid certified  (including child and infant)

• TB Test (within the past year)

• Valid Driver License

• Valid Auto insurance

• Thirty-Nine-month driving record
